SAP installation error

Dear All,

I am trying to do CI SAP 4.70 installation and i come across with below error message.

Errors during sapdev server check; reported errors:

Connection to the specified database host failed!!! Please check the host name!!!

i checked i am able to connect to MS SQL Server 2005 through telnet <ip> 1433 and its working fine.
