Regarding Idoc processing Retail Store

I am a beginner in this area . I have a few queries regarding the Idoc processing .

In Outbound Idoc processing ,

1.The status of the idoc is posted as 53 , even though there are errors.

2.Work items are created for the Idoc .

3. There are 6 enteries in the table WPLST .

One entry with Fehlertyp - 'W'

Two entries with Fehlertyp - 'E'

Three entries with Fehlertyp - 'F'

4. There is one entry WPTST table with the field VERBUCHUNG as ' '

I would like to know whether it is working as per the design or should the idoc have the status as 51 ?

Could you kindly help me out ?
