offcycle payment

dear all,

our offcycle payment is being made through the infotype 267.

the data with regard to various wagetypes of infotype 267 is feeded in XL sheet from which it is uploaded in SAP through fast entry (PA70).

Can you suggest the way by which it will be directly feeded in SAP system(not one by one basis, as it is time taking ) or through any zreport.
