IDES IS NOT GETTING UP

hi all,

when i login to my ides( from my sap logonpad) a error is flashing saying that

SAP SYSTEM MESSAGE ::

A:SY:002 SQL ERROR 376 OCCURED WHEN ACCESSING PROGRAM SAPM.

when i checked the sapmmc everything is working correctly.

when i checked the syslog in the mmc i saw a error saying

database error 376 :: at SEL access to table REPOLOAD

database error 376 :: requires intervention of database administrator.

finally , i am unable to login to the sapgui....from logon pad.

wat would be the problem???

we are using

ECC6.0 verion SAP

ORACLE 10G

WIN 2003 SERVER

current GUI PATCH NUMBER IS SAPKB70009.

but the problem is i am unable to open the sapgui screen from the saplogon pad. when i double click on the ides name on the logonpad the said error is flashing....

Hello. Are you try to restart SAP in MMC ? Reboot the server ? Regards.

I asked about GUI version and GUI patch level not SAP version.

For e.g GUI 640 or 710

And patch level you can click on the blu strip of SAP GUI logon pad.

Then click option :about SAP logon.There you telll me that patch number.

I asked that.What you told is SAP and DATABASE version.

Yes sergo, i stopped the mmc and then restarted it.

but still the same problem persists.

Are you try to reboot server ? Also after then it has turned out? What did you change in system? Before could work?

Are you check dev_w0 log ?

i stopped the mmc and rebooted the server.

i had changed nothing in the mmc or any server setting or the logonpad settings.

It's newly installed server or old uses ? Check dev_w0 log. For your ORACLE database are you install all "interim patches"( Opatch) ? Regards.

the gui version is 710

yesterday it was not connecting from logonpad and today when i again restarted the mmc server the disp+work is stopped and all the workprocesses are in ended status.

Are you start oracle services first and after SAP in SAP MMC ?

today morning, when i restarted the system and the ides mmc the dispatcher runned properly and suddenly it stopped.

i never touched the oracle services atall.

hmm. Without Oracle services you can'y start sap -->

Go to in server where your sap -->

right click "My computer" --> manage --> services and applications --> services

and start OracleSID*** and OracleServiceSID services, after try stop SAP in MMC and start again.

all the services are working properly.

Go to work folder where you find dev_disp file, and find dev_w0 file, post content here.

P.S. try to read Note 328785 - ORA-00376: File cannot be read at this time

hi sergo i gone through the note 328785.

i did what has been mentioned in the sap note.

i was mentioned that datafile is set to offline.

but when i tried that there were no offline messages exist from the sql level.

where as when i check the alertlog offline message seen.

can u help in this.

please refer the note u mentioned before answering the question so that u can get a clear image of what had happen.

in the note it has been specified that when we execute the script

SELECT TABLESPACE_NAME FROM DBA_TABLESPACES

WHERE STATUS = 'OFFLINE';

if no rows are displayed then there is no problem with the database.

but when i execute the same script . i am getting the result as no rows are selected but still the problem persists.

now when i execute the script u mentioned from the note 328785 i got following result
