Modifying a sales order that has requested complete delivery?

Once we click complete delivery, we can no longer modify a sales order if we have a delivery document attached to the order. I was wondering if this across the board or if it is specific to our industry? There are many instances where we may modify a sales order that does not require complete delivery. However, in order to make any changes to a sales order that we manually have selected to require complete delivery, we must trash the entire delivery first, and then re-deliver. So, is that they only way? Hopefully I was kind of clear.

    Hello Rebecca,

    I believe the "Complete Dlv." flag shouldn't make a difference for such matter. Are you sure this field is the only difference between those orders you are able to modify and those you aren't?

    Did you post goods issue already? What are you willing to modify?
