Businessobjects6.5>BusinessObjects>logon/access problem

Hi Everybody,

I am having BO6.5 installed in my system.Previously i am able to logon Supervisor,Designer and BusinessObjects(I have given full access to these 3 modules).

Now i am not able to access Businessobjects module even i have full access to all modules.But remaining modules i am able to access

While accessing Businessobjects i am getting the error messages as follows.

1._"The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable._

Click OK to try again, or choose an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package u2018BusinessObjects.msiu2019 "

2._The installed add-in u2018C:\Documents and Settings\User\MyDocuments\My BusinessObjects Documents\addins\WebConnect.reau2019 could not be found.The file may have been renamed,moved or deleted._

3._The installed add-in u2018C:\Documents and Settings\User\MyDocuments\My BusinessObjects Documents\addins\OlapConnect.reau2019 could not be found.The file may have been renamed,moved or deleted._

finally

"An unhandled exception has occurred.Please report this issue to your local businessobjects Techinical support."

and its closing.

Can any body have faced this problem and having solution for this issue,please let me know what to do resolve this issue.

My problem was solved.We had done the installation-repair.

Now its working fine.
