Reg: integration

Dear All,

say if a client whose current system is running on Java/J2EE application and he wants to integrate with SAP.what would be the role of an SD consultant as far as pricing is concerned.

points assured for a suitable answer.

    Hi,

    1. You should integrate much on the output EDI configuration .

    2. Pricing updation takes place in java system or sap system,

    if SAP system than it is no problem, if not then u should give inbound and outbound function module are required for the update from java system to SAP.

    Please be aware of the following transaction code which is done by an ABAPer ,but you are going to test the case.

    1. we02.

    2. WE19.

    3. WE20.

    4 .WE82.

    and even workflow messages for confirmation of orders , delivery note and invoices.

    Different application from SAP can be mapped through Idoc Processing. Configuration of Idoc processing will be required.

    Alternatively, the integration Between SAP and JAVA/J2EE can be done through XI application of SAP.
