How to Add tax exemption for all items in CCO retail mode with tax exemption number custom field?

How to Add tax exemption and print 2 receipts and add a custom field to add the tax exemption number so it can show up in the receipt and saved into the DB ?

1- The tax exemption should be applied for all the items in retail mode

2- The tax exemption number should be added to the receipt and add it to the database

3- In the retail mode ( a user defined field allow you to enter the tax exemption number in the UI table)
