Deleting the condition from pricing.

Dear all,

Dear all,

Our client uses two different condition types for the gross price in calculation schema.

Say PN01 and PN02. Now currently they are using only PN02.And to avoid the confusion to the user they don't want to use the PN01 anymore.

So I want to ask you whether we can delete the PN01 from calculation schema. Also do the deletion of condition from schema have any effect on previous documents that were already been created using PN01.

Also is it right to delete the condition from schema? Or is there any way that this condition should not come in picture anymore.

Regards,

Bhasker

You can change the pricing procedure after ensuring that the previous documents using this condition type are all closed. Another option is to make it a manual condition so that it does not appear unless you select it at PO and also make it statistical so that the value does not affect in GR or IR

    HI,

You can delete the condition type as long as all the PO's with this condition type is been closed.

    Thanks & Regards,

    Kiran
