Upgrading SQL 2000 to SP4 on a cluster

I've logged on to the SQL node and I'm trying to run the SP4 install but get the following error.

'Setup failed to perform required operations on the cluster node'

In the screen for SP4 where it asks you for the computer name, did it default to "virtual server" and did you put in th virtual name for SQL in the box?

Also, make sure you are logged off all nodes of the MSCS execpt the node you are running SP4 on.

The test system is not a cluster unfortunately.

I think you may have solved it though but I'll have to confirm that when I try it. I have been logging onto the SQL node of the cluster using the SAP ADM user and I've noticed that in the properties of the cluster in the security tab that user isn't entered. I've added the user and have given it full access. I'll try again tonight.
