All communication channel stopped in production PI system

I need your expertise in this issue. We have noticed all our communication channel has been stopped that dont have schedule . We have seen the log as Unknown/Deleted Schedule . It impact all the CC in our system but we are not able to find out.

Is there any program to stop all the channels.

    Hi Murali,

    Was there any job scheduled for the channel in Availabiltiy Planning(ATP)?

    Check whether all the channels are moved to scheduled channels list if so move it to exemption channels list.

    Hi Kakarla,

    Yes, there is a job for suspending the channels of Adapter engine SuspendResumeAFWJob. Refer the below link whether it answers your query.

      Hi,

      I also came across such issue twice in PRD env, still not getting solution over it. My channels are automatically getting stopped and reflecting to some other schedules automatically. Raised issue to SAP but still no solution.

      Under administration information i can see (Unknown/Deleted Schedule)

      Yesterday, again all channels went to stop mode automatically and some ATP schedules(ATP validity was till 2020) got deleted automatically.

      I can see SuspendResumeAFWJob = false in server.

      @all, please suggest.
