Need your urgent help please.
Can we easily migrate from Crystal Report 10 to Crytal Report 13 or 16?

You should be able to just open the report in the newer version of Crystal and then save it in order to upgrade it. Other than adding features, there haven't been any changes to the underlying structure of the .rpt file since Crystal 9.
