We have successfully added the extension field 'Deferral To', but we are unable to trigger the logic written in the Utilities Extensibility XBO, OpentItems.node. Please help us locate a suitable way to populate the field. We have already tried the KUT approach as well but were unable to locate any data sources/Services where we can add the service integration to populate the field.
