Find an iView by its id in database table

Hello,

I want to find an iView in PCD content directory by referring to how they are stored in database table EP_ATTR_HEADERS3. This table has columns like ID, ATTR_NAME_NUM,SUBTREE_ROOT_ID. I want to locate iView in Portal content directory by seeing value of the column 'ID' present in the table. ID column has values like x'76704A2C18AA8B540C6FD059E96B383D57C29A0E', but I am not sure how to identify exact iView based on this value in SAP Portal.

Can anyone help me with this?
