Org. Unit to ESS

How it will be mapped organization structure to ESS.

1.Supervisor has to see his entire subordinate attendance/ Absences

2.Subordinate will apply leave through ESS for approval it has display supervisor ESS.

Please give some directions to complete my task.

    hi,

    you just have to maintain your OM structure properly , on the ESS side system will pickup the structure automatically.

    Venkat,

    I assume that R/3 system and EP (Enterprise Portal) are integrated.

    First of all assign the system User ID in the Communication IT (105). This ID should be for the chief of the organisation

    From his (The Chief) MSS login he will be able to view all his employees reporting to him.

    The employees will be make use of ESS to make the entries/data .

    Note : For testing purpose - You can also use T-code IQS22 to do testing from the R/3 end for EP. For this you need to create the notification no's from the portal to perform different action on the eployees...
