Provident Fund and ESI calculations is possible in B one?
Now i am doing in JE Recurring posting template. Any other solution is there?

But I asking about PF and ESI from salaried persons. So we have to calculate the PF & ESI and create the Forms. PF and ESI has lot of forms.
I have one doupt Excel reporter will support this forms.
SAP B1 2005B does not include Payroll Solution. The functionality of PF and ESI are related to Payroll.
If you look for such payroll functionality you have to look for an addon like Biz Payroll from Visnova Solutions.
