Need help on PD

Hi Experts,

I am trying to learn PD, i have copied template,edited and created appraisal document.

after this what i need to do to comple process from in preperation to completed for an employee,

after creating document i am getting status inprocess after this what id to to go through all statuses and sub statuses and also i am not able to get Value description(good,poor) in my appraisal search.

please guide me regarding for the same
