Regarding replication sequance.

Hello Expert's,

In case we needs to replicate sales org , customer master , address , customer relationship ( KNVP ) from ECC to C4C . Then do we needs to follow any sequence for replication these data replication.

Hello Chetan,

For Customer Master data replication:

1. Ensure Sales Organization is set as the first step in C4C and all the ID mapping has been done in C4C wrt to ECC Sales Org. units/Office/Groups - If you are manually creating Sales Org. in C4C.

2. Send the Partners first like Payer, Ship-to, Bill-to and then at last Sold-to's.

3. Send the Customer address after the Step 2 has been carried out successfully.
