Businessobjects cannot connect to hcp

Hi colleagues,

I want to new a connect to hcp. But there is an error.

Hello Yuling,

apologies as the notifications did not seem to work for me so I missed your replies.

I spoke with SAP Development and support for Trial HCP databases was added in Wave 2016.21 which is deploying now. Once deployed on your tenant you will see "Trial" under "Landscape Host".

I closed this question, because I succeed in connecting to HCP by using "proxy" mode.

I think for this one you need to contact SAP Support via an Incident.

But I don't have the s-user ID. How could I get SAP Support via an Incident?

Hello Yuling,

please verify that the SYSTEM user has been granted the "sap.bc.ina.service.v2.userRole::INA_USER" role.

Please also verify that Web Access has been turned On for the healthband database.

Hi James,

Thank you for your respond.

I added the role- "sap.bc.ina.service.v2.userRole::INA_USER" to SYSTEM user.

And also the Web Access for healthband database is turned on.

But still I received the same error message-"Failed to connect to system;"

Please check details in the screenshot.

Could you please help to have another look at this issue?

My tenant URL is https://dev-i308418.ap1.projectorca.cloud .

I think it's the friendly URL.
