Inspection lot generation

Hi,

How does the inspection lot gets generated automatically during the calibration order?

For this you need to prepare a inpsection plan for equipment, task list type E. Assign this task list in maitenance plan. Then got to ip10 to release the schedule. When u release the schedule a calibration order and a inspection lot will be triggered from this order.

Hi ,

For generation of inspection lot you have to assign one order type to the inspection type 14.Default SAP provide PM05 assigned to the inspection type 14.

In order you can maintain inspection characteristics you required for testing & when this order will be released you will get the inspection lot.

In the inspection lot system copies the inspection from order for each equipment & determine the inspection lot quantity based on the number of pieces in th maintenance order.
