I work for a company (manufacturer) that provides print servers for every brand of production-class, cut sheet printer (ex. Canon, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Sharp, Xerox). We're an international company. Normally, most customers are using any application on a MAC or Windows platform that we provide MAC and Windows OS print drivers for. In this case I am working with an SAP customer called STO Corporation with offices in the US and Germany. We are trying to configure SAP to print to a Windows print queue
\\Machine Name or IP Address\Shared Printer Name
We have designed a workflow to route and intelligently work with the text document that is being output from SAP however we cannot control how the SAP print job hits our print server.
It would appear that SAP does not offer a simple network printing solution like this. I was wondering if there is anyone on the SAP support staff that could assist with some SAP-printer configuration questions.
