Tiles not visible on the launchpad after Net weaver upgrade.

We needed to upgrade our Netweaver(NW) version to 7.5 and had created a new server for that purpose.

Before the system was updated to 7.5 we performed the below steps,

1. Installation of SAP Gateway NW 7.4 system as clustered DB installation type on new server

2. Restore SQL database from the existing server to new NW 7.4 system

3. Started NW Upgrade (NW 7.4 -> NW 7.5)

4. After the upgrade to 7.5, Made SPDD changes;SPAU and Trouble Shooting steps.

Now we are not able to see any tiles on the launchpad.

Are we missing any checks/configurations? Please help.

Please check the tiles on Fiori Launchpad Designer.
What is missing tile state ?
And double-check the role assignment, the user has correct roles which have fiori catalog and group.
