problems after install BI content

I have finished a scenario.I can see every step is successful in extraction monitor.

problem is:

1,how can I check the data which load from SAP source system in BI? Any Table name?

2, when I open the queries, select value for variables, I can't get value for Period/Fiscal Year(SAP Exit..). Why?
