Hello,

We have problem with Xcelius Designer v4.5.

I`m trying to export a Xcelsius files, generated within Crystal Xcelsius Designer to a folder in BusinessObjects Enterprise (or Crystal Reports Server).

I get the login dialogue window, can choose a folder and when I click on OK, I get Error :

The InfoObject plugin u201CCrystalEnterprise.Flashu201D is not installed properly.

Please, can you help me with this problem?

Which version of Enterprise?

Is it Crystal Reports Server XI R2 version.

Hi Aaron

Not sure whether you've found a resolution to this one yet, but we've been dealing with a similar issue. If you are using CR Server - download at least SP2 or later (current service pack is SP4). This should include the necessary web services components needed to upload your dashboads.
