Duplicate entries showing for UWL- Webflow Connector

Hi

I am getting duplicate entries for tasks in UWL. In R/3 system it contains only one entry for the same.

When approving from the UWL , both the entries gets approved.

Please suggest

hi shilpa,

please check the GP conector using the following path, system administraiton->system configuration->universal worklist and workflow->universal work list administration

inside that there will be universal worklist system.

please check the connector to the GP, there should be only one active connector to the GP.

If there is 2 active connector to the GP then it will give the error as you got.

Hi There,

we are having a similar problem. We are having 2 entries in de UWL and only one on the R3 side. We managed to reproduce this problem. We create a task (starting a workflow) ans submit the task. the UWL task is created. But then when we change the task (R3) and save it again, in R/3 there is only 1 task and in the portal there are 2 task. So then if you confirm one task in te UWL both task disappear and also the task In R3 is gone.

Hi,

Is it just for a single task or it is for more tasks. Can you check in your UWL config file if it has got more than 1 entry for a the task number for which you are seeing multiple entries for one work item.
