Can an unreleased FM ARCHIVOBJECT_GET_TABLE be used

We have a requirement to retrieve archived documents for output types.We are planning to use ARCHIVOBJECT_GET_TABLE to retrieve archived documents. Is it okay for us to use this FM, even though it is not released

If your client desperately needed that FM, you can very well raise an OSS message and ask for SAP's confirmation. They will respond.

We have raised an OSS message for it.

The actual requirement is as follows.Kindly suggest

We need the PDF of the processed billing outputs. These PDF output needs to be sent to the recipients mail through a new T-code.

As the output has archival already activated. so we are trying to retrieve the form using ARCHIVOBJECT_GET_TABLE and then convert it into PDF.

Please let us know if there is any option as ARCHIVOBJECT_GET_TABLE is unreleased.

Yes. We can use those non released FMs but SAP will not give any support on these. You can refer sap note 2527926 - Support for non released function module.

As per our clients standards unreleased FM are not allowed.

Is there any alternate to the FM ARCHIVOBJECT_GET_TABLE or any other solution.

Kindly help
