ECC 6.0 Installation on windows

Dear all,

My question is ....can we install ECC 6.0 on Oracle 9i Database. we are useing windows as OS. does ECC 6.0 supports Oracle 9i database.....please help.

Hi,

ECC60 requires Oracle10g and it can't be installed on oracle 9i, moreover SAP ends support for oracle9i soon.

According to this note

Note 720886 - Oracle Database 10g: Integration into the SAP environment

You cannot install ecc 6.0 with oracle 9i.
