Fixed Asset Add-On in India

Hi,

Im using SAP Business One 2005 B (7.40.243) SP: 00 PL: 05 and I've installed Fixed Asset Add-On. When I'm going to start this Add-On its showing a message "Fixed Asset does not support current company's local Version : IN" and installation failed. Using OECComputer_India demo database.

How can I make Fixed Asset Add-On workable in this database?

Hello Sibasish,

The reason why you receive this error is because The Fixed Assets AddOn is not available for the Indian localization.

This information is accessible through Service Marketplace.

www.service.sap.com/smb/sbo->; Product Availability -> Availability by Country -> 'Add-On Specific Country Matrix for Release 2005' and 'Add-On Specific Country Matrix for Release 2007'

We have no forecasted yet its release/availability.

Hello,

we have the same problem for Italy.

Do you have a forecast for Italy ? - For the first step it's enough for us to use the asset management in Italy with german rules.

Is there a workaround how we can use german localisation of the fixed assets in the italian localisation.

Hi Sibasish,

the add-on Fixed Assets is not supported for India in the 2005B or 2007B versions.
