Problems installing SAP Crystal Dashboard 4.2 SP5

Hi,

I just downloaded the above application and started the installation. The installation complets but with the following error:

"Errors/Warnings found during the installation are as follows 16:40:51.551 Error: Module C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win32_x86\XcelsiusExtension.dll failed to register Refer SCN link and SAP Notes for DFO related Errors Contact system administrator for other errors"

I am running on Windows 7 Enterprise (SP1)

Please help. Ths looks exactly what we need but would like to be sure and at least be sure it actually can install correctly before I buy...

Hi Jo - I had similar problems during my install. Instead of running the full install, I was able to run an Upgrade from earlier versions. The source files are in the download manager.

Unfortunatly this is the Windows our corporation is running...

I did run setup.exe as Administrator so that is not the issue. Seams to be some sort of dll conflict

Can you get onto a supported version of Windows?

Try right clicking on the setup.exe and selecting Run as Administrator.
