Search Date Characteristic in Interval in DMS

Hi

In DMS, i have created a characteristic for date with single value and Interval option is also selected.

However, i require to search the value of this date using an interval.

For e.g. I will maintain a date of 28.10.2016 in the Additional Data tab of my DMS Document. I would like to search this document using interval of 01.10.2016 to 31.10.2016. However, it is not showing any values when i use this interval in searching.

Request please help to provide a solution.

Dear Husein,

honestly I have to inform you that you can only enter a classification value for a search and there is no function to define a value interval in transaction CV04N for example.

You can only enter one classification value that is then used for searching document info records where this classification value is stored. One possible alternative would be using the creation date of the document info record. If the invoice data is also the creation date of the document info record, then you can use a SELECT in table DRAW with field 'ADATUM' which is the creation date field to get a list of all document info records created in a specific time period.
