E-mail template for workflow rule notification

I am having problems activating and finishing a workflow rule with action/rule type - e-mail.

Error is saying that I need to upload a file with UTF-8 encoding. But the format I am using already comes from SAP (from the sample in the admin guide). Saved as HTML.

I also know that I have to allow HTML upload in fine tuning - MIME types.

Can anyone tell me what else I should look out for?

Hi Leonard Loo

Open the HTML file,Go to Save As option and change the encoding value from ANSI to UTF-8 and save the file as shown below

Then attach the new file and try again
