Hi experts
The event "owner or territory change" in feed settings for user A is actived, he follows user B and they're assigned to the same company. When user B does an owner change, it doesn't appear on the feeds of user A? Is the idea of the events within the feed settings to have the possibility to define which events should appear on feeds?
Even if I actived the system feeds, change doesn't come up in the feeds.
I'm trying to understand the feed settings in general, would be great if someone could advise.
Many thanks,
Natasa
Hi Natasa,
Yes, the user has to follow the Account or Territory to get the updates. You can refer to the user guide (search for Feed Settings)

Hello Preethi
Okay, so User A has to follow the account or the territory to get the updates - and he doesn't get them if he follows only the user?
In the feed settings I can activate the system feeds and I can also activate different events - I've tried and tested but I don't see any impact if I deactived a specific event.
Could you please explain the difference or refer to a document / manual for feed settings?
Many thanks,
Natasa

Hello Natasa,
User A should receive the feed no matter who updates the territory owner as long as User A follow that territory.
Hope this helps.
Thanks & Regards
Preethi
