Hi
We have been supplied with an IBP tennant and received the Email for first login and password, but after activation, we can´t login to IBP Web UI. It says ¨Client, name, or password is not correct; log on again¨.
I have ran out of possibilities to locate the issue.
Could someone help me please?

Hi Javier,
Did you receive the IBPADMIN credentials, and are there not working? Or are you with issues to login with the business users you have created on IBP AND in the Identity Provider (usually SCI) ?

Hi Ivan,
We are also facing a similar issue with first-time IBP login. After activating the account, It says ¨Client, name, or password is not correct; log on again¨. User ID in both IBP and SCI system is same. We tried password reset, user deletion and recreate but still no luck.Not sure but seems user's email id is not recognising by SSO. Please confirm what could be the reason and how to solve? This error is happening to only one user.
