Serial Number from Sale Order to Production Order

Hi Team,

In pure MTO scenario, we have the following requirement;

While creating sales order (e.g.,10 Qty.), system should allow me to create serial number for these 10 units (e.g., 00001 to 00010).

Till this time there is no stock for this material. Since we are working on MTO.

After creation of sale order with serial numbers, in-house production is triggered via MRP run, after completion of PP cycle, stock will posted with serial numbers assigned in Sales Order (e.g., 00001 to 00010) at the time of Production Order GRN.
