Hello Ashima,

Frieght Condition KF00 is an condition so it applies to each and every item in the document.Suppose there are 2 line items and one is a heavy material and another one delicate so freight will differ because of that.

Condition type HB00 is a header condition which applies to the whole document irrespective of the number of items in the order.

Hi Raja...

Can you please justify your quote "Header conditions don't have access sequence".... ?

Haven't you noticed any header conditions having access sequence..? (Say MWST , PR00 etc)

Your information sound a bit strange to us here... Can you explain your view on this so that we can correct ourselves in case if we are wrong... ?

Thanks,

HB00 is a header condition and can be entered normally in a slaes order as manual condition in standered pricing procedure it is activated as manual condition

KF00 is a automatic Freight condition for which you can create a VK11 condition record

Hi,

Also let me know , from where to enter the value for condition type which is for header level. I have defined HB00 condition type as manual but at the time of invoicing the field is grey??

because the condition is manual the value also has to be entered manually, which you could only do so at header level in sales order

Dear Friend,

KF00 frieght condition types applies for a particular Documnet Item.

for example you have a Item Say Mat001 With Item Cat TAN

then KF00 will have the Friegt of that Item.

Now If you have neumerous items and you want to distribute the friengt equally amoung all your sub item then the item category will be TAq and the Sun Items TAE .

HB00 if you you see in the item caondition level it will be equally distributed in all the items.
