SAP Credential Manager - activation issue

Hello,upon successful certification test I have received invitation to log into SAP Credential Manager. However my browser had some problems and I couldn't activate my account. How can I get again a new activation code because I can use the old just one time.

    Hi Aili, Thank you for your post. To request a new activation code, please contact credential-manager@sap.com . We are working on reset requests with high priority. Please ensure you check your junk mail folder for an e-mail from the sender 'sap.noreply@pearson.com' or add this address to the list of safe senders.
