When I try to import the transport request it throws error " Acess denied on
qcxsaqai\sapmnt\trans\tmp\SLOG0832.PCX.LOC is already in use pcxsaprd.
Intially it was working fine , just few days before I have included training system in between Dev,QA,and Production. Now our landscape is 4 system landscape.and configured transport group for all the 4 systems GROUP_QAI.
I configured QA system is domain controller ( qcxsaqai ) .As per the note 690449 i could not find *LOC or *LOB files in domain controller.
Please suggest how to resolve this issue.

Just go the /usr/sap/trans/cofile and /usr/sap/trans/data search for the cofile and data file change the permission to group and others Write permission with <SID>adm
chmod 777 <datafile>
chmod 777 <cofile>

Go to, C:->> Windows> Properties>>Sharing--->> Share this folder
create a new share.. then permitions add group (whit al sapsid, service, and other whith sap).
then try again.

I'm having this exact problem. The message reads
Access denied on
erd\sapmnt\trans\tmp\SLOG0942.ERQ.LOC
erd\sapmnt\trans\tmp\SLOG0942.ERQ.LOC is already in use
However this can't be completely accurate because the permissions are fully granted, TP checks to the transport folders are successful and the file SLOG0942.ERQ.LOC does not exist. I even created an empty one with full permissions to no effect.
Did you ever resolve your problem?

Hi,
Just check whether the permission of the trans directory(/usr/sap/trans) have been changed..
If so change it with permissions <SID>adm and 775.
