SAP IS 4.2 Metapedia - Data Model - Relationship between main tables

We are developing reports on top of an BOXI Universe showing data from Metapedia. (Metapedia is a module of SAP Information Steward solution). Based on the info already collected, we have been able to define the relationship between a term (MMD_BUSINESS_TERM) and a Category (MMD_BUSINESS_CATEGORY) -> nice.

To enrich our reports with data related to customs attributes, we must define the relationship between the different tables: MMD_BUSINESS_TERM, MMD_CUSTOM_FIELD, MMD_CUSTOM_FIELD_VALUE and potentially MMD_CUSTOM_FIELD_TYPE. We need to know which fields are used to define the relationships. ... Thanks in advance.
