Please give me the detail SPRO settings for copy inspection results from one inspection lot to another inspection lot.I am using ECC 6.0

Hello Ram,

first of all if you activate the EA-PLM extension set you can copy results using the BAdi QECOPY.

You should then be able to see the customizing item 'Make Settings for Copy of Inspection Results'

Here you can set which inspection types and plant cobinations are liable for coping results and you can define if results are automatically selected or if the user can select the lot from which the results are copied.

Check if the standard implementations of the BAdi satisfy your needs, you might have to create your own implementations.
