I have created somany material, at that time i forgot to activate inspection type.
So i have gone to QA08, i am trying activate but i couldn't able to do.
for doing that i need to do any configuration or what ?

NO there is no any configuration required.
But it think the material master the QM view maintained.
But even though, I must say it will be issuing some message. Let me know it

System is giving following error
" No inspection setup data exists for material 100000013 in plant 1000 "
Yes Correct?
As we both said. the material seems not extended for plant 1000 for QM view. Check in MM03.
Just extend it through MM01, maintain any value there.
To extend the view in Mass use trx MM50.
Then perform QA08
No, it has been extended for QM View
- Then Run QA08
- Select the last tab "Mass Processing", it will become Green.
- Enter Plant, Material Type, and inspection type. Remove any other tick, selection.
- Execute, It will give you inspection set up window, Maintain Parameters here.
- Press Enter
- It will give you list of Materials, Select All and Save.
