Add multiple products to a ticket

Hi SAP community,

is there the possibility to add multiple products/ Installation points to one ticket in SAP Hybris C4C?

I'm referring to the following question: https://archive.sap.com/discussions/thread/3805266.

Is there a easy way to add multiple products to one ticket without customizing in SDK?

Hi Deborah,

The ability to add multiple products to a ticket has recently been delivered as a standard capability. You can achieve it by unhiding the new "Products" tab within the Ticket UI. Please note that one product is still considered to be the "main" one, and it's the only one shown in the Products section of the Overview tab.
