Inaccuracy order value key figure in infocube 0PUR_C01 in BW

Dear SAP BW expert,

In standard SAP R/3, 2LIS_02_ITM data source, in the field NETPR and NETWR,

their inversion indicator are not active. So, it means, when we do the delta upload, these fields will

never be negative in case of purchase order cancellation or change.

How can standard SAP setting have the NETPR and NETWR figure correct in the standard infocube 0PUR_C01 BW? With the update rule set as addition the order value key figure will not be correct.
