For a maintenance plan we have planned dates for scheduled period. For example if we schedule for 2 years and cycle is every month 3rd, the next planned date is 03/04/2018. Is there any possible way to trigger a mail on 01/04/2018 for users? Call horizon is 100% so the order is generated on that date (03/04/2018) only.

Hi,

In Standard, only option is to make use of Call Horizon and create the order on 01/04/2018, through which you can trigger the email.

Do you have any specific business reason why they dont want to use Call Horizon, if they want some kind of info regarding the orders to be created after 3 days etc. beacause Call Horizon plays a vital role here.

Next solution is complete custom solution, You need to fetch the Maintenance plan and scheduling details, upon executing it, based on your requirement an email can be sent.
