CDS view with paramenters in bex query designer

hello folks,

i created a cds view with parameters. based on this i created a datasource --> OPENODS --> CompositeProvider to be able to create on top of the CompositeProvider normal Bex Queries.

first question is this possible? so that another user which has no clue of cds view can create his own queries.

second question: when i create a query also with the restrictrions i m getting a shortdump :

The parser produced the error: The parameter "P_FISCALYEAR" was not bound. (SODQ-666)

can someone help?
