How to share a doc on Portal7.0, please help

Hi! Gurus:

I have an MS doc that I want to share with my team.

Could you tell me how to use the KM on EP7.0 to achieve this?

Basically only certain portal users can access the doc, some can edit, while some others can only read.

Hi,

Create a folder in KM and upload your document in to your folder.

Set the permission for folder like read permission for user1 and right permission for user2.

now User2 only can access & edit your document and User1 can only read your document but not edit.
