Subscreen not getting refreshed on press of a tab in Tcode IQS1

Hi Experts,

Please help me out in finding solution
I have done screen enhancement for customer exit – "QQMA0001".

For 100 subscreen(i have added some custom fields) and added to 090 Customer Subscreen Area(One Screen/Not.Type) and for 101 subdscreen(i have added some other custom fields) and added to 091 Customer Subscreen Area(>1 Screen/Not.Type).

I have included 090 Customer Subscreen in Request Details tab and 091 Customer Subscreen to material list tab in SPRO level.

I have a tabstrip it works just fine in Request Details tab and material list tab,when i navigate to material list tab for the first time if i view that tabs and then come back to Request Details (Previous tab), then it displays the material list tab, subscreen in other tab of the tabstrip.

Hi Deepa,

there were a change on basis level, which caused a screen gap problem related to quality / PM / claim / service notifications. The scenario itself is described in KBA 2236787. This KBA document refers to more SAP Notes, one of these SAP Notes is 2271079, which delivers two

new screen areas 100 and 101.

I think it worth to read the KBA and all the related SAP Notes and if necessary, adjust your screen structure accordingly to avoid the screen gap and scrolling issue in the future. It might also has a positive effect on your original issue with the subscreen switch/display on tabs.
