We are trying to achieve the following: Whenever the state of a ServiceNow incident is changed to a particular value, there should be an SAP OSS message created in SAP Service Marketplace with the details present in the incident. In case, a corresponding SAP OSS message already exists, that should get updated with the same details. Then when the SAP OSS message is updated by SAP, the updates should flow back into the ServiceNow incident and also change the state of the incident. What is the set up required to achieve this?
