Error while installing CCMSPING.

Hi All,

While installing CCMSPING its asking for password for CSMREG user. i am giving correct password CSMREG user(which is created in rz21), but its not taking the correct

password. throwing below error

This CCMS agent program sapccmsr is able to actively report

alert data into the monitoring system [DSM].

To enable this feature, you have to setup the user CSMREG

in [DSM]. (refer to SAP Online-help, search for 'CSMREG').

Alternatively use any user in [DSM] that has at least authorization ).

to call per RFC function groups

SALC, SALF, SALH, SALS, SAL_CACHE_RECEIVE, SCSMBK_DATA_OUT,

SCSMBK_RECONCILE, SCSM_CEN_TOOL_MAIN, SYST, RFC1

After entering the RFC logon info for the user, the password

will be stored here on this machine in a Secure Storage.

I have noticed that its unable to create RFC Destination for CCMS_PING.

At OS level CCMSPING Service is running
