Set Cozy Content Spacing ON as Default

Hi,

Somehow default value for Cozy Content Spacing is "OFF" in our Launchpad. How can we set the default value to "ON" for all users? I search the documentation but couldn't find anything. I'd appreciate your helps.

Since nobody answered, I felt that I should maybe give more details. I am talking about user settings in Launchpad.

It comes as OFF. Can I make it default ON for all users ?
