Org Key - VDSK1 feature

Hello all

I am having an issue, wherein an employee's time is not getting approved in ESS by the manager.

The portal resource has confirmed that all of the settings in ESS portal side are correct.

When I checked the org key of the EE, I saw that there was a diff org key.

Would changing the org key or working on the authorisations in feature VDSK1 solve the problem?

What would be a logical method to solve this ESS Time issue ?

Hi Nelly,

Please check whether that particular employees reporting manager is the same person or not.

I mean check in pp01 or po13 and check whether the employees reporting manager is the same person or does he have another manager....

I just went into both pp01 and po13 and the position has the correct managers depicted.

What else could be the problem?

If you use ORG KEY in your workflow, then only changing VDSK1 feature resolves the problem.

Could you please check the characteristics of the profile that is using in ESS? - If it is a single employee problem you can ignore this suggestion!!

If it is single employee problem, I would it is something to deal with authorizations of the manager. (Can you please check the reporting manager relations?)
