Org Key - VDSK1 feature

Hello all

I am having an issue, wherein an employee's time is not getting approved in ESS by the manager.

The portal resource has confirmed that all of the settings in ESS portal side are correct.

When I checked the org key of the EE, I saw that there was a diff org key.

Would changing the org key or working on the authorisations in feature VDSK1 solve the problem?

What would be a logical method to solve this ESS Time issue ?
